Collection: Thiers Knives

Thiers, in France's Auvergne region, has been making knives since the Middle Ages along the Durolle river. It is where our champagne saber is made, by a partner cutler. This collection also brings together our table knives, sold individually or as a set of three on a wooden block, and the Le Thiers folding knife, offered engraved. Everyday pieces to give or to keep, for the table and for the pocket.
